- 1- How much is your fee?
Our fees schedule is very well set and very competitive for the level of service you choose, because we want your business,
There are many things to think about and consider, many services that might or might not be required for your situation. As we are keen to gain your business, you only need to pay for the service you use. Therefore, our fee depend on the service level required, and that’s why, I would like to make an appointment with you in my office to explain those services, tailor it to your needs, give you a very competitive fees rate and go through the best way to help you achieve the highest outcome from your investment property.
2- How long will it take to get an appraisal or to go through this?
This should take between 10 and 15 minutes but it could take up to 30 minutes depending on how many answers needed to assure you that you made the right choice and start working for you.
3- Do I have to sign an agency agreement?
As per the property Act and regulations, and in order to protect all parties, avoid misunderstandings and heavy penalties of up to $10,000, an agency agreement must be entered into in writing. We use e-forms prepared industry bodies.
Note: All people who must sign the agreement must be present.
4- What if I do not want to pay for marketing fees?
The choice is yours and depends on your budget and affordability. Marketing fees are exactly that, it is not our selling fee and is paid to a third party.
5- I work long hours and cannot come to your office, what should I do?
As for your schedule, we’ll do our best to accommodate your time limits.
